Carry snow chains in vehicle (two for back tires). No cable cross links because they rip out too easily. Carry 3 bungees per tire, two for the outside and one for the inside.

Brake and down shift before the down grades.

Be dressed and have the supplies to walk to safety: water, snack, light and something for the mountain lions!

Standard right-of-way laws apply.

Downhill facing drivers must yield right of way.

Warn other motorists with headlights, CB and/or horn.

Don’t hug the center when passing oncoming traffic.

No running red traffic lights!
